Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation or order verification.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

• Major Cities: 2–4 business days
• Other Areas: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
• We may offer free shipping on selected promotions or minimum order values.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number (where available) so you can monitor your shipment's progress.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible locations. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package and make the payment at the time of delivery.

Bank Deposit Orders

Orders placed using Bank Deposit will be processed only after payment has been received and verified. Please send your payment receipt along with your order number to our Instagram @elegant.aroma_ after completing the transfer.

Delivery Issues

If your package arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Elegant Aroma is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
